In addition to a private practice in psychotherapy, Gillian has run groups in Stress Management at Bethesda House, a woman's shelter in Bowmanville. She has also conducted workshops on Dreams and Childhood with Spark Productions, a theatre company in Toronto dedicated to enriching the lives of inner-city youth with skills in the theatre arts. As the Emotional Health Director of Clarington's Wellness Path, she regularly ran workshops for Anxiety, Depression and the Highly Sensitive Personality, in 2017.

Ann works as a psychodynamic psychotherapist in Toronto and administrates the Centre for Psychotherapy and Emotional Bodywork.
